4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk322 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read them before accepting any offer.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• bk322 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used through wagering.

5.4 VIP Program

bk322's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier by remaining regularly active. VIP benefits and cashback rates are subject to change.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bk322 reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or cancel it.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the amount staked on that bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets. The rules applicable at the time a market is created are stated in that market's description and shall be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on bk322 (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are operated to ensure impartiality and fair play. The individual rules of each game provider will apply.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding betting results, log data and game records shall be considered conclusive evidence. Disputes must be submitted in writing to the support team within 30 days.

7 Prohibited Activities
